There is a daily sheet that you complete your hydration tracker, your gratitude list, to do list, affirmation of the day, quote of the day, selfcare time and exercise time. Also included is journaling and questions at the end which you fill in and see the change in which you have made over the last 28 days.
Our small A5 notepad has been designed to help you prepare your mind each day, with all your self care checklist tools. It serves as a reminder to take time for yourself each and every day - even if it's just the basics.
